There may be lots of moving pieces and people involved in your child’s care. You need a workable plan and somebody who can keep tabs on it all.
A care manager will ensure there’s a Plan of Care and a qualified care team
working with your child.
They will also communicate with everyone involved to ensure that there’s a
unified goal and progress is being achieved. -

As parents, finding the right individuals to work with your child can be difficult, at times impossible. You need professionals who can provide the help and the trained workers your child needs.
